Refund Policy.

Full refund within 7 days of your first monthly charge, 14 days for annual. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't prorate. Simple.

Overview

Bloomzy is a subscription service offered in four plans:

  • Trial: 7 days free, no credit card.
  • Starter: $29/month — 1 brand, 24 units.
  • Core: $49/month — 3 brands, 72 units.
  • Scale: $99/month — 5 brands, 160 units.

Annual plans are available at a discounted rate. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Free trial

All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you add a payment method and do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period.

Refund eligibility

We offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund window:

  • Monthly plans: Full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge.
  • Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of your first annual charge.
  • After the refund window: Refunds are not available. You may cancel at any time and continue using Bloomzy until the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewals: Refund windows apply only to first-time charges. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund — you have 30+ days between renewals to cancel before being charged again.
  • Partial refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

California residents: Under the Automatic Renewal Law, you have additional cancellation rights. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, and we will acknowledge the cancellation by email within 7 days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@bloomzy.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" from the email address associated with your Bloomzy account. Include:

  • Your account email.
  • The approximate date of the charge.
  • A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve).

We'll respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your Bloomzy account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to all features until then.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of that month. If you cancel mid-year on an annual plan, you keep access until the anniversary of the annual charge.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your account enters a 3-day grace period during which you retain full access. You'll receive an email notification to update your payment method. After the grace period ends without resolution, access is suspended until payment is resolved.

Price changes

Bloomzy reserves the right to change pricing for future billing periods. You will receive at least 30 days advance notice by email before any price change takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new pricing applies.
