You can delete your Bloomzy account and all associated data at any time. In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

Save this code for your records. We've initiated the deletion of any Meta data associated with your account. Full deletion will be completed within 30 days.
When you delete your Bloomzy account, the following data is permanently removed:
Note: Stripe retains transaction records for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years), as required for legitimate accounting and legal compliance.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account. Confirm with your password. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Send a deletion request to hello@bloomzy.ai from the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.
If you've connected Bloomzy to Instagram or Facebook, Meta requires us to provide a data deletion callback URL. This page serves that purpose.
You can revoke Bloomzy's access to your Meta data directly from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites at any time. Once revoked, we'll delete any associated tokens within 24 hours.
To confirm deletion of any data Bloomzy received from Meta, email us at hello@bloomzy.ai with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
