Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Bloomzy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Bloomzy provides AI-assisted social media content creation and scheduling tools. We offer a 7-day free trial followed by a $49/month subscription. All brands are included in one plan.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bloomzy
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with others

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and brand assets you upload. By using Bloomzy, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (generate captions, post to your social accounts, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bloomzy to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the service
• Use the service in a way that violates the terms of any connected social platform

6. Billing and cancellation

• The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card
• After the trial, you will be billed $49/month
• You can cancel at any time from the billing section in your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are unsatisfied

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, errors, or changes to third-party social media APIs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our data deletion policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Bloomzy is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
