Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 7-day trial is completely free with no payment info required. If you love Bloomzy, you can upgrade any time from the app.
What counts as a "post"?
One post is one piece of content generated in Bloomzy — an image, a carousel, a reel, or a tweet. You can publish the same post to multiple platforms at once without counting it twice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of posts before the month ends?
You can upgrade to the next plan for immediate access to more. Your unused posts don't roll over each month, so we size the plans around real rhythms.
What's a "brand" in Bloomzy?
A brand is an independent identity with its own voice, fonts, colors, schedule, and connected social accounts. If you run a coaching practice and a product line, those are 2 brands.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. See the refund policy for the full details.
Which platforms can I publish to?
Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Every plan includes all platforms — no upsell for connecting more.
Do you train AI on my content?
Never. Your photos, videos, captions, and brand voice are yours. We use them only to generate content for your own accounts. See our privacy policy for details.
