When am I charged?

Your 30-day trial is free. On day 30, your card is charged at your plan rate ($29/mo for Core, $49/mo for Scale). We send you an email reminder a few days before.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your trial and you won't be charged.

What if I run out of units?

You can upgrade to a higher plan or buy extra unit packs from Settings → Billing.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
